The online seminar „Basics of Botany for saving vegetable seeds” will be led by Klara Hrda, botanist, founder of Seminkovna seed libraries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and is organized in the framework of the project “United by seeds: launch of Czech-Moldovan seed libraries in Moldova”.

Why do we need Botany? Basic knowledge in botany is necessary to know a minimum about edible annual plants and their reproduction, in order to multiply and preserve seeds of desirable edible plants.
